DOVE Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Homemade Truffles

12 oz DOVE Chef Series Dark Chocolate
¾ cup Heavy Cream

* Chop Chocolate into ¼ inch or smaller pieces
and place in a bowl.

* In a small pan, heat the heavy cream over
medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil and
immediately remove from heat. Pour the hot
cream over the chocolate. Let stand for 5
minutes and then stir until smooth.

* Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm, before
cutting into 1-inch squares or shaping into
1-inch balls. Roll in dusting powder.
